Our organizational structure consists of –
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of two investors/shareholders of the company. The Directors are responsible for the policy decisions of the company and one of the Directors/Shareholders of the company named W.A.R.A. Priyantha is designated as Chairman/Chief Technical Officer and covering the areas of technical related matters. Other Direct/shareholder is D.S. Udagedara, designated as Chief Executive Officer is responsible for operations and marketing.
Team Leaders and Subject Specific Engineering and Management Staff
Three (03) major functions have been identified in the operational activities as follows.
- Projects
- Corporate Planning, Finance and Administration
- Business Development & Marketing
Subject specific professionals are heading the above three (3) major functions.
Operational staff
Operational staff are placed under the qualified and experience Team Leaders under each discipline.
In the process of identifying and controlling the projects, the company has decided to formulate the functional responsibilities under following units.
- Mechanical (Inspection, Testing and Certifications)
- Engineering designs (Architecture, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical)
- Electronic and electrical solutions
- Survey & Valuations
- Marine sector (Engineering Service)
- Aviation Sector (Engineering Services)
The technically qualified and well experienced professionals will be assigned as Team leaders for each unit and the qualified technical teams will be deployed to assist them to ensure all assignments are completed on time while satisfying clients requirements.
The human capital is the most valued wealth of the organization and the company is closely monitoring their performances and identifying the training needs. Accordingly, training & development programs are conducted to improve the quality of work and continue to maintain customer’s satisfaction.
